Warranty & Support

What happens if your graphics card has a problem, and how we help.

First 30 days: we handle it

If your card is defective within 30 days of delivery, contact us. We replace it or refund it in full and pay the return shipping. You do not need to deal with the manufacturer. See our Refund & Returns Policy.

After 30 days: manufacturer warranty

Every card we sell is new and is covered by its manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms, length and coverage are set by the brand (for example ASUS, MSI, GIGABYTE, XFX, ASRock, Sapphire, ZOTAC, PNY or NVIDIA) and can differ by model and region. Keep your order confirmation email as proof of purchase, because the manufacturer may ask for it.

To start a warranty claim, register or open a support ticket on the manufacturer’s support website using the card’s serial number. If you are not sure where to start, email us with your order number and the serial number and we will point you to the right place and give you a copy of your invoice.

Before you report a fault

Many problems are not a faulty card. These checks solve most of them:

  • Make sure every PCIe power cable is fully pushed in, and that you use separate cables where the card’s manual asks for them.
  • Connect your monitor to the graphics card’s outputs, not the motherboard’s.
  • Remove old drivers and install the latest driver from NVIDIA, AMD or Intel.
  • Check that your power supply meets the card’s recommended wattage.
  • Reseat the card firmly in the top PCIe x16 slot and secure it to the case.
