Payment Policy
How payment is taken, secured and refunded when you order a graphics card from Ouredja.
Accepted payment methods
We accept major credit and debit cards, processed by Stripe, and PayPal. All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD).
When you are charged
Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, no membership fees and no charges added after purchase. The price shown at checkout is the total amount you pay.
Security
Checkout runs over an encrypted connection. Card details are entered directly into the payment processor’s form and are never stored on our servers. Our processors are PCI-DSS compliant and may verify, authorise and complete your transaction on our behalf.
What appears on your statement
Ouredja is the trading name of Oureja LLC. Your card or bank statement will show the legal entity name rather than the trading name. If you do not recognise a charge, contact us before disputing it and we will identify the order for you.
Failed or declined payments
If a payment is declined, the order is not placed and no goods are reserved. Declines usually come from the card issuer rather than from us. Check the card details and billing address, or try another payment method, and contact your bank if it continues.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Most are processed within five to seven business days after approval, and your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the amount to your account. Eligibility is covered in our Refund & Returns Policy.
Chargebacks and disputes
If something is wrong with an order, payment or delivery, please contact us first at support@ouredja.com. Nearly everything is resolved faster directly than through a dispute. Where a dispute is opened, we may need to provide order records, tracking information and delivery confirmation to the card issuer.
Pricing accuracy
We take care to keep prices accurate. If a pricing error is discovered after you order, we will contact you before processing and you may confirm the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
Order verification
Because graphics cards are high-value items, some orders are checked for fraud before they ship. If we need more information, we email you. If an order cannot be verified, we cancel it and refund the full amount to the original payment method.
