What we sell

Printed wedding planner binders. Physical goods only. Each planner is manufactured to order by our print-on-demand partner and shipped directly to the customer. We do not sell digital downloads, subscriptions or services on this site.

Prices and currency

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). The price shown at checkout is the total you pay. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, no membership fees and no charges added after purchase. Any applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Payment

Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase through a secure, encrypted checkout. Card payments are processed by a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Card details are entered directly into the processor’s form and are never stored on our servers. The merchant name shown on your card statement corresponds to this business.

Order fulfilment

Because each book is printed to order, total delivery time is approximately 6 to 11 business days: 3 to 5 business days to print and bind, plus roughly 3 to 6 business days in transit. Delivery area

We ship to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We do not currently ship internationally, and customers outside the United States cannot complete checkout.

Cancellations, replacements and refunds

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they enter production. Any planner that arrives damaged, defective or incorrect is replaced at no cost, or refunded if the customer prefers. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Full detail is on our Refund & Returns Policy.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, email contact@ouredja.com with your order number and we will acknowledge your complaint within one business day and aim to resolve it within five. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you retain every remedy available to you under applicable consumer protection law.
