Each binder is printed to order on heavy uncoated stock that takes pen without bleeding, and bound so the pages lie flat while you write. Printing and binding takes 3 to 5 business days, then roughly 3 to 6 business days in transit, so about 6 to 11 business days in total. Standard US shipping is free.
